When Preactor gets the schedule from RM-DB, Preactor then delivers schedule optimization, visual drag and drop adjustments, and includes the capability for advanced functionality for secondary constraints, and complex scheduling rules to deliver the best solutions.

After Preactor crafts and delivers the utmost solution to the scheduler, feedback to the Resource Manager system closes the loop, enabling it to rearrange purchasing and materials management to ensure 100% on-time delivery. Resource Manager’s components of Lean Manufacturing (Kanban and Barcode), as well as a Business Activity Monitoring module can be employed to add extra dimensions of manufacturing effectivity.
