US Schedule

Goal: Replace manual, complicated schedule in Excel with simple to use program to automatically generate schedule in same familiar format.

Timing: Three Months

Customer: Banker Steel in Lynchburg VA

Inputs: All data flows automatically from current ERP system, shop floor tracking system, through Resource Manager-DB.

Outputs: Color Coded weekly schedule shows exactly what needs to be done, what has been done, and what is left to do. Other changes can be made direclty to spreadsheet and saved back to main systems.
